This is a fantastic app that allows you to easily blog or create a blog post. This is especially great for things that you might want to blog about, but don’t have Internet connection at the moment. It has an easy interface to add multiple blogs to and multiple drafts. This way
students can save their work and come back to it later. Here is a picture of the interface.
This is a photo of different blogs that could be stored within Blogger+.
This would be a fantastic tool in the classroom for small groups because they could each write their own paragraph and pass around the iPad. It is easy to do different paragraphs and move them around as well as move photos around. Here are some photos of how to do different things and what things look like in the editing interface.
Here is the editing interface. The red circles are for deleting that area of text or picture. To adjust the text and move it about a photo or below another piece of text, just touch and hold the lines on the right side and drag the text or photo to where you would like it to be placed.
By hitting the plus button on the left hand side, you can add different things. This is a picture of what you can add to your blog. It is great with the iPad and it’s camera features. Students can easily take a picture of the iPad screen, or of things that they are working on in the classroom, and post it to the blog from the iPad’s camera roll.
It is an easy way to blog for students who might be intimidated by all the different functions and how to use blogging features on the computer. It offers enough options for text editing, photo editing, and rearrangement of items in the post, but not TOO many things that might overwhelm students and beginning bloggers alike.
Overall, love this app! Very excited to use it with students this year!
